Orders and Delivery
When you make a purchase, you should receive a confirmation email detailing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with the shipping information.
All orders are shipped with FedEx.
International customers/orders may require to pay import custom fees upon delivery - all orders ship from Japan.
Please note we do not cancel or refund pre-orders.
If you change your mind on ready to ship item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped to arrange cancellation. if your item as shipped you will be required to pay the return shipping.
If your order is damaged when it arrives please contact us immediately and we will arrange the return and replacement - where there is no replacement possible - a refund will be processed.

Order Acceptance:
Very occasionally, you may be able to buy something that has unfortunately sold out. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as possible, and given a full refund. A confirmation email will not give you the right to said item – all orders will be processed on a first come first served basis. We also reserve the right to not sell you something.
